1. List of Accessible Services Measures to ensure accessibility for persons with disabilities and PRM are implemented at the Palace of Peace and Reconciliation. These include:

2. Procedure for Providing Services and Situational Assistance Escorting for a person with a disability is provided at all stages of the visit:

Meeting the visitor by a staff member at the entrance, clarifying their needs and movement route.

Providing assistance when entering/exiting the building, moving through the halls, ticketing, and using cloakroom services.

Organizing individual escorting of the visitor upon request (escorting by designated guides from the moment a request/signal is received).

Ensuring free passage along the main movement routes and monitoring the absence of temporary obstacles in visiting areas.

Providing informational and advisory support by the staff on all issues related to the visit, movement procedures, and available services.

Escorting at all stages of the tour and providing assistance with orientation within the facility up until exiting the building upon completion of the visit.

The concert hall features specially equipped spaces for visitors in wheelchairs.
Assistance Response Time: Situational assistance is provided by designated staff members immediately upon the visitor’s arrival or their request to the personnel.
3. Cost of Services and Payment Terms The following categories of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan are entitled to free admission to the Palace of Peace and Reconciliation (upon presentation of supporting documents):

Participants and disabled veterans of the Great Patriotic War (WWII) and persons equated to them.

Persons with Group I and II disabilities.

Children with disabilities.

One person accompanying a visitor with a Group I or II disability is granted free admission.
Discounted Terms:

Persons with Group III disabilities are granted a 50% discount on the entrance ticket price upon presentation of supporting documents.

A 20% discount on facility services (excluding all types of excursions) is provided to individuals and legal entities of any organizational and legal form that promote or assist in promoting projects involving people with physical disabilities.

Duration of service: A standard sightseeing tour of the Palace of Peace and Reconciliation takes 45 minutes.

Comfort conditions and amenities: The building is equipped with specialized sanitary facilities (restrooms) designed for comfortable use by people with reduced mobility and persons with disabilities.
5. Transport Accessibility, Parking, and Adjacent Territory

Public transport: The facility can be reached by public transport (routes No. 19, 40, 29/29A, 507). Bus stops are equipped for PRM; the route from the bus stop to the accessible entrance is 300 meters.

Parking and drop-off: Designated parking spaces for the vehicles of persons with disabilities are provided on the premises.
