The Opera Hall is the pride of the Palace of Peace and Reconciliation. The Hall is unique in its architecture which meets the requirements of the world standard. In the opera hall are held congresses, conferences, performances, pop, classical and folk concerts. There are 1302 seats - parterre, mezzanine, two balconies with VIP section. The hall has a complex stage with parts that are independent of each other – the main stage (equipped with 56 rods), two side stages and a backstage. At the front of the stage there is an orchestra pit, designed to accommodate 80 musicians. The two independent platforms of the pit – far and near – can be released and raised as staged. The orchestra pit is 2.8 meters deep. The stage is 12 meters wide and 32 meters deep with a height of 8 meters. The opera house has 15 make-up rooms, located on three floors. Dressing rooms are equipped with mirrors, toilets and showers. The interior of the hall is in the noble color of burgundy with gold trim. The most beautiful element in the decoration of the hall is the window in the form of the sun.

The exhibition presents the work of the sculptor, jeweler, artist and collector – Serzhan Bashirov. Basically, these are small folk installations made of wood, animal bone and skin, works made by the master; as well as Kazakh carpets and furniture collected throughout the country for 25-30 years.

In all presented ethnographic objects and in the author's work there are signs. Serzhan Bashirov feeds on them. Ancient signs are mainly signs of the sun, fire, crosses, spirals.

The exhibition reveals the chronicles of the Congresses of the Leaders of World and Traditional Religions. There are archival documents, photographic materials, videos, books and souvenirs, revealing the whole palette of participants of the Congress.

Around the hall are windows from which daylight streams in. The stained glass windows are 4.5 centimeters thick. In the Atrium Hall, the Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions, meetings of the Secretariat, as well as meetings of the Constitutional Council are held.

At the 5^th Congress of the Leaders of World and Traditional Religions held on June 11, 2015, the Head of State put forward the idea of creating a Museum of Peace and Reconciliation. And in 2018, as part of the 6^th Congress – the museum was opened.

The main decoration of the hall is a huge stained-glass window, created by artist Brian Clark, which offers a panoramic view of the young capital. It depicts 130 pigeons, which have become the symbols of 130 nationalities living on the territory of Kazakhstan.

“BalaTime” Art Studio for Children and Youth has been functioning since June 2021.

At the Studio children and youth aged 4-18 study for free in the following directions: choir, choreography, oratory, vocal ensemble, pop vocals, acting, artistic reading, artistic gymnastics, painting, tour guide, dombyra, ballet, keyboard instruments, karate, chess, etc.

“BalaTime” performs an important and necessary task of patriotic, tolerant, moral education of youth.

The motto of “BalaTime” teachers is: "In every teacher there should shine and never go out a little sparkle of a child". The distinctive feature of the work of teachers in “BalaTime” is not only a reference to the issues of education and training, but warm love for children and people, which greatly contributed to the revival or even awakening interest in pedagogy in Kazakhstan.

The collectives and solo performers of “BalaTime” perform in various concerts, competitions, festivals of city, national and international scale.
