Gymnastics is one of the most popular sports. It comes in: artistic, aesthetic group and artistic gymnastics.

Many of you ask what they are different and what kind is better to choose? Artistic gymnastics involves doing exercises on the equipment and devices, sometimes with music. This is the most traumatic type of gymnastics, as there is always a risk of falling from sports equipment and hard landings. Aesthetic gymnastics is a team sport. Here the girls are not competing with each other but are friends. We estimate the technique of the elements, their beauty, the history of the composition, the synchronization of the team performance and expressiveness, grace of movement. Rhythmic gymnastics is both an individual and team sport. It consists of gymnastic, acrobatic, dance exercises with objects (rope, hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon), accompanied by beautiful music. Gymnastics is rapidly growing in our country. You have a unique opportunity to give your child to become a member of a beautiful and grand sport.
