A WORKSHOP MEETING FOR COMPLIANCE SERVICE STAFF THAT FURTHER EXPLAINED THE IMPORTANCE OF ONGOING PREVENTIVE WORK

The compliance officer of the anti-corruption service informed the employees of Astana Venue Management LLP that on 18 November a workshop meeting for compliance service staff was held in the building of the Anti-Corruption Department for Astana, during which the importance of ongoing preventive work was further explained.

In particular, attention was drawn to shortcomings in local work, the areas most prone to corruption that require special attention were highlighted, and the most effective prevention methods were explained.

The speaker stressed that the territorial department of the Anti-Corruption Service closely monitors the situation at each enterprise and urged heads of structural divisions not to relax control on the ground.

In addition, the main provisions of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Combating Corruption” were explained.
