Access to the “Palace of Peace and Reconciliation” Facility
The “Palace of Peace and Reconciliation” facility (hereinafter referred to as the Palace) is a historical and cultural monument of the city of Astana and a destination for guests and residents of the capital. For the visit of the Palace by persons with disabilities, the following are provided:
  • Meeting and escort by guides and security service representatives throughout the entire stay in the Palace building;
  • Concessionary rates for guided tours of the Palace in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • Special parking spaces for the vehicles of persons with disabilities inside the building from the side of A. Baitursynov Street;
  • Availability of wheelchairs for internal mobility;
  • A tactile map at the main entrance and in the largest hall, the “Atrium” (3rd floor);
  • Elevators (4 elevators from floors 0-8, 1 elevator from the 8th floor to the “Besik” hall);
  • 9 specially equipped restrooms on all visiting floors, equipped with tactile paths and emergency call buttons.

Discounts:
  • 30% discount for City Pass Kazakhstan cards, excluding group tickets. ****
  • 20% discount on services (excluding all types of guided tours) for individuals and legal entities of any organizational form promoting/assisting in projects involving people with physical disabilities. ****
  • In honor of International Children’s Day on June 1, free admission is provided for children under 15 years old on an annual basis. ****
  • 15% discount from the established tariff provided that at least 3 (three) events are held during the year. ******
Note:
  • This service does not include the use of lighting, sound equipment, and the LED screen; When premises are provided for a period of 1 (one) month or more; *** This service type is not payable by tour leaders who are employees of the sending travel and/or excursion agency, organizing the visitors’ stay at the Facilities and accompanying the group along the route during the entire tour; **** The discount is approved by the Order of the General Director; ***** The coupon is valid from October 1, 2024; ****** Applies to services for providing the facility for events. At the same time, the payment amount for one event, taking the discount into account, must be at least 2,000,000 KZT including VAT.
The following categories of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan are entitled to free admission to the facility (upon presentation of supporting documents):
  • Participants and disabled veterans of the Great Patriotic War and persons equated to them.
  • Mothers of many children (Hero Mothers).
  • Persons with group I and II disabilities and children with disabilities.
  • Orphans and children left without parental care under the age of 18.
  • Children up to 5 years old (inclusive).
  • Schoolchildren from families with many children.
Persons with group III disabilities are granted a 50% discount on the admission ticket price upon presentation of supporting documents, and 1 (one) accompanying person for individuals with group I and II disabilities is admitted free of charge.
According to the Trust Management Agreement, the facility may be provided free of charge for city events for up to 15 (fifteen) days a year, including assembly/disassembly days, based on the written consent of the balance holder, provided the Trust Manager has no contractual obligations with third parties regarding the provision of the facility on the requested days.
According to the Supplementary Agreement to the Trust Management Agreement, free access to the facility for official foreign delegations is provided only upon written notification from state bodies, diplomatic and equated representations of foreign states, or consular institutions of foreign states accredited in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
