The grand staircase leads to the third floor to the Atrium Room, the largest room in the building at 2,783.6 square meters. Around the hall are windows from which daylight streams in. The stained glass windows are 4.5 centimeters thick. In the Atrium Hall, the Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions, meetings of the Secretariat, as well as meetings of the Constitutional Council are held.

In the Atrium Hall, the Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions, meetings of the Secretariat, as well as meetings of the Constitutional Council are held.

At the 5th Congress of the Leaders of World and Traditional Religions held on June 11, 2015, the Head of State put forward the idea of creating a Museum of Peace and Reconciliation. And in 2018, as part of the 6th Congress – the museum was opened.
