Access to the “Baiterek” Monument<\/b><\/div>\n
The Baiterek Monument provides the following conditions for people with disabilities:<\/div>\n

  • \n
    Concessionary admission:<\/b> Persons with group I and II disabilities are entitled to free admission. Persons with group III disabilities are granted a 50% discount upon presentation of supporting documents. One accompanying person for individuals with group I and II disabilities is also granted free admission.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Lifting platform:<\/b> A special lifting platform is installed on the Kunaev Street side, providing access inside the monument for wheelchair users.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Crawler stair climber:<\/b> A crawler stair climber is installed to lift mobility-impaired groups to the top of the Monument (into the sphere). It undergoes regular maintenance and is always in working condition.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Restroom:<\/b> A restroom meeting all requirements for people with disabilities is located on the first floor of the monument.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Assistance:<\/b> The monument’s staff includes an employee who assists people with special needs in visiting the facility without hindrance and provides them with necessary assistance.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    These conditions ensure a comfortable and accessible visit to the monument for all categories of citizens, including mobility-impaired groups.<\/div>\n

        This service type is not payable by tour leaders who are employees of the sending travel and\/or excursion agency, organizing the visitors’ stay at the Facilities and accompanying the group along the route during the entire tour; When premises are provided for a period of 1 (one) month or more; *** The discount is approved by the Order of the General Director.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        The following categories of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan are entitled to free admission to the monument (upon presentation of supporting documents):<\/b><\/div>\n

          Participants and disabled veterans of the Great Patriotic War and persons equated to them<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
        • \n
          Mothers of many children (Hero Mothers)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
        • \n
          Persons with group I and II disabilities and children with disabilities<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
        • \n
          Orphans and children left without parental care under the age of 18<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
        • \n
          Children up to 5 years old (inclusive)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
        • \n
          Schoolchildren from families with many children<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          Persons with group III disabilities are granted a 50% discount on the admission ticket price upon presentation of supporting documents, and 1 (one) accompanying person for individuals with group I and II disabilities is admitted free of charge.<\/div>\n
          According to the Trust Management Agreement, the facility may be provided free of charge for city events for up to 5 (five) days a year, including assembly\/disassembly days, based on the written consent of the balance holder, provided the Trust Manager has no contractual obligations with third parties regarding the provision of the facility on the requested days.<\/div>\n
          According to the Supplementary Agreement to the Trust Management Agreement, free access to the facility for official foreign delegations is provided only upon written notification from state bodies, diplomatic and equated representations of foreign states, or consular institutions of foreign states accredited in the Republic of Kazakhstan.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
