The speaker also dwelt separately on potential cases of conflict of interest and the approved Rules for the Prevention of Conflicts of Interest.<\/p>\n

In particular, the partnership’s employees are obliged to:<\/p>\n

1) be guided solely by the interests of the partnership when making decisions on issues arising in connection with their job duties and the work they perform;<\/p>\n

2) bear personal responsibility for the timely identification of conflicts between their private interests and the interests of the partnership, and for active participation in resolving an actual or potential conflict of interest;<\/p>\n

3) guarantee that their private interests, family ties, friendships or other relationships, and personal likes and dislikes will not influence business decisions;<\/p>\n

4) avoid any situations or circumstances in which their private interests would conflict with the interests of the partnership;<\/p>\n

5) not compete with the partnership, including in any business transactions and projects being developed and implemented;<\/p>\n

6) not use the partnership’s assets, their position in the partnership and\/or business opportunities arising from the performance of their duties in the partnership to satisfy their private interests, including financial ones;<\/p>\n

7) not participate in making decisions or taking other actions that affect or may affect their personal or financial interests while a conflict of interest is being considered.<\/p>\n

In addition, the speaker noted that in the first half of 2022 not a single case of conflict of interest was identified in the partnership, and no appeals or complaints were received from individuals or legal entities about corruption offences committed by the partnership’s employees.<\/p>\n
