Yakupov gave a report to the employees of Astana Venue Management LLP on preventing actions that may lead to the use of official powers in personal, group and other non-official interests.<\/p>\n<p>He also noted that it is unacceptable for officials to hold a position in the same department as their close relatives (parents (parent), children, adoptive parents, adopted children, full and half siblings, grandparents, grandchildren), spouses and in-laws (siblings, parents and children of the spouse) or, if the departments are different, a position that is functionally related (through business processes) to positions held by their close relatives.<\/p>\n<p>The speaker noted that such actions lead to a conflict of interest and constitute a violation of anti-corruption legislation.<\/p>\n<p>He also reminded everyone that every Wednesday, from 15:00 to 17:00, the General Director of the Partnership receives employees on personal matters, as well as on proposals for improving the Partnership&#8217;s work.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the main provisions of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan &#8220;On Combating Corruption&#8221; were explained.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 27 June 2022, compliance officer D.A.
